Once you log into the member’s area, you agree that you have read and agreed to these terms whether you have read them or not.

TOU for TSC Tag Club

1. Please do not share your log in information with anyone.

2. You must join our Update Group within 5 days of joining.

3. You must place your membership logo on your site, if you have one, within 5 days of receiving. We will check to make sure that these are up occasionally.

Make sure that the logo is link to http://tomodachissigclub.com.

4. You are only allowed to make tags for yourself using our Pixel Tagger Script.

5. You may not use our tags or Avatars on Live Journal, MySpace, or any other blogging software.

6. When displaying our tags on e-mails, please include a tag line stating that the tag was received from TSC, or link the tag back directly. Either way is fine.

7. If you have a website, you must have the 3 following codes in place in order to use my graphics:

No Right Click

IE Disable Toolbar

No Drag

8. Please respect each other. Anyone found bashing the site or its members will be terminated without notice. We will not tolerate rudeness.

9. If you use our graphics on your website, your site must be child friendly. If my nephews and nieces cannot see what is on your site, our graphics should not be there.

10. No refunds will be given once you have received your member’s logo.

11. You may not alter our tags in any way. This includes opening the tag in a graphics program such as Paint Shop Pro and adding text. Anyone found doing this will have their membership terminated without notice.

12. Do not convert our stats into any other format without asking first.

13. Do not remove any of the credits from the stats.

14. Do not share the stats. These were made for members only.

15. We reserve the right to change these terms as we see fit and without any prior notice.

TOU for Purchaseware

1. Each pack will contain its own set of TOU. Please be sure to read and follow these terms.

2. Once the payment has been made and received, there will be no refund.

3. Each pack will include a logo to place on your membership collections page (if you have one), and to be placed anywhere the tubes are used.

TSC reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
